• Account info — your email address, username, display name, and anything you add to your profile (bio, avatar).
• Content you create — your comics, pages, characters, comments, and ratings.
• Reading and usage analytics — which comics are read, view and read counts, and basic interaction data used to power discovery and creator analytics.
• AI prompts — the text prompts you submit to generate art or story content.

When you use Inky's AI tools, the prompts and relevant context you provide are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate images or text, and the results are returned to you. We do not sell your prompts. We ask the first time you use an AI feature to confirm you understand this.

We use your data to operate Inky: to run your account, host and display your comics, show them to readers, generate share previews, provide creator analytics, keep the community safe, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Your published comics, your profile, and your comments are public. Your email address and account settings are private. You can block other users and report content that breaks our Terms.

You're in control of your data. From Settings you can:

• Download your data as a JSON file (profile, comics, comments, ratings, saves).
• Delete your account, which permanently removes your account and content.

You can also email us and we'll help with any data request.

Inky is intended for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

We may update this policy as Inky grows. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
