Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Inky. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Inky only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or that put other users at risk.

You own the comics, characters, text, and other content you create on Inky. By publishing content you grant Inky a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it so we can run the service — for example showing your comic to readers and generating share previews. You can unpublish or delete your content at any time.

Inky lets you generate comic art and text with AI. The prompts you submit are sent to a third-party AI provider to produce results. You are responsible for the prompts you write and the content you publish. Do not use the AI tools to create content that is illegal, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that impersonates real people in harmful ways. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected — review it before you publish.

You agree not to use Inky to:

• harass, threaten, or bully others;
• post hateful, violent, or sexually exploitative content;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or privacy;
• spam, scrape, or attempt to break or overload the service;
• upload malware or attempt to access accounts that aren't yours.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules, that are reported by the community, or that we're legally required to take down. You can report comics, comments, or users in the app, and you can block users you don't want to interact with.

Inky is offered free of charge and without warranties. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Inky is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as Inky evolves. When we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
